Order Minimum

Royal Touch Wash & Fold has a 25 lb minimum per order. Orders weighing less than 25 lbs will be billed at the 25 lb minimum.

How to Weigh Your Laundry

No bag scale? Use this simple method:

1. Weigh yourself.
2. Weigh yourself holding each bag of laundry.
3. Subtract your weight to estimate each bag’s weight.
4. Enter the estimated weight when scheduling pickup.

Pickup & Delivery Area

We proudly serve customers within 30 miles of Walden, NY.

Delivery Fees by Distance

• 0–15 miles: Free
• 15–20 miles: $5
• 20–25 miles: $10
• 25–30 miles: $15

Service is not available beyond 30 miles.

Mileage is calculated from our processing center in Walden, NY.

Turnaround Times

We offer flexible service options to fit your schedule:

• Standard Service: 24–48 hours
• Next-Day Service: Ready within 24 hours
• Same-Day Service: Delivered by 9:00 PM

Availability may vary based on pickup time and order volume.

Laundry Pickup Guidelines

To ensure a smooth pickup and delivery:

• Place laundry in sealed disposable bags, or
• Use reusable laundry bags — we’ll return them clean and freshly laundered with your order.

Contactless Pickup Available

You may leave your laundry in a designated safe location (porch, garage, lobby, etc.) and include notes in your order for driver instructions.

Care & Quality Commitment

Your garments are handled with care and washed according to best practices. While we take every precaution, Royal Touch Wash & Fold is not responsible for:

• Items left in pockets
• Color bleeding from improperly sorted garments
• Normal wear and tear
• Manufacturer defects

Please notify us in advance of delicate or specialty items.

Lost or Damaged Items Policy

In the rare event an item is lost or damaged, claims must be submitted within 48 hours of delivery.

Approved claims are reimbursed based on fair market value, age, and condition of the item, at our discretion.
